The exact same thing happened to me (as the other complaint I just read). This company will not approve you, they just want the $19.00 "non-refundable" fee. They are complete scam artists and should be prosecuted. They threaten to prosecute you via email if you dispute their charge of $19.00 as report it as unauthorized. CROOKS! In my opinion, they should be behind bars for a long time.
