I clicked on an ad for a free sample for shipping of $2.95 which I was charged twice for on nov. 8th 2011 and then on dec. 27th 2011 my card was charged $98.16. I never authorized this charge and I want my money back. I will return the free sample. I hope this complaint site is not another scam. Please do not charge for this complaint.

Hello Ccorrcono,
I suggest four things:
File a report with the FTC. You can do it online. The address the company has today is NUE SCIENCE - West Coast Distribution Center.
5300 Ontario Mills Pkwy, Unit 400
Ontario, CA 91764
2. File a report with the BBB and your State Attorney General (consummer fraud division).
3. File a report with the Postal Inspection Service. This company mailed the product through snail mail. That involved a Federal agency, and they do not tolerate fraud and scams.
4. Change your credit or debit card number immediately so they will not keep charging you.
This company refuses to recognize a return unless the have issued you a RMA #. It is hard to find them to get a RMA#. They will give you the run around.
Good luck.
They are scammers and theives, no doubt about it. -
