As someone else reported, this group stated we needed to sign up to apply for a grant and then we were charged a nominal fee of close to $3.00. Then my charge came and I was charged an additional of $57.61. They said they would cancel and my card would be credited. I will see. This is a total scam. I will refer this group to our State Attorney General.
