I was trying to transfer £95.90 through western union i completed their online application confirmed all my details and confirmed my payment which came up sussessful and then when i logged back in to check status of the transfer it said that the transfer had been cancelled, even though they had still taken my payment. and had the cheek to try and take this amout twice and then followin a letter from my bank i found out that they tried to take another £106.90. it was to my advantage that there were unsufficient funds in my account for any of the other 2 debits. But i'm still in the process of trying to get my £95.90(the payment that was successful) back all they had to do was send a fax to my bank 3 days ago and i wld have got my funds back but they still havent done so although W.U say they have but Santander have assured me that no fax has been sent. xmas eve and rather than wrapping prezzies up iam sitting on a phone arguing with this company. i am a single parent on benefits wioth 3 kids and this has put a bit of a dissapointment on the festive seasion.
