I've ordered 14-Day Trial order, but when I've missed the day to cancel trial order - there is no way now to stop shipment. And the return policy about the product such as "Once you have billed for the product, all sales are final and no refund will be given" came only with the second shipment, when it is too late to do anything, the charge was already processed. This is a complete rip-off.
