I had attempted to purchase the computer protection plan, and the screen would only show an acknowledgement, and I could not down load an actual invoice so I backed out of the site. Then the pop up appeared again saying I had no protection, and I again attempted ot order the protection plan with a different credit card. The original was a Chase VISA, and the second which I was able to download an actual invoice, was Bank of America Master Card. Charges have showed up on both cards, and the pop up still showing up stating that I have no coverage, after being charged a total of $157.85. I would appreciate some help on this matter.
