It seems as though I am also a victim of the flexcard program. I was directed to the site whole applying for a cash advance. The website stated that I was approved for a credit limit of $1100 if I paid $69.00. They then gave me the option to double my limit for $29.00 more. Needless to say, this was over 3 weeks ago, and I still have no card.
