The website, Mixfaq.com stated that you would be paid money for filling out health insurance surveys. All you had to provide was a PayPal account and wait until your balance hit US$600 before you could get paid. The survey's range in payment from $2.5-10 and you can do up to 4 per day. I got my balance up to around US$400 before it suddenly reset to US$3. I tried to contact them through all the major channels and nothing has been done. Because of this I suspect it's a dud site getting traffic from luring people into thinking they can earn money, only to keep all the earnings from the advertisement revenue from traffic to themselves.
