International boundaries

Ordered shoes on 23 November. Tracked the order on 13 December and was told the shoes were out of stock. I requested an immediate refund. I was told the refund would just take a few days. On 14 December they said the refund would take a week. On 21 December they said it will take time for the refund to post on my account. I've emailed several times a day since 21 December and have not received a response. I believe I will not see the money again. Confusious says, preese do not orda from dees crooks, dey take your money and run rike thieves.
