I ordered ugg boots-I was charged-boots never came.The money was taken out of my account.I googled ugg boats and many websites came up- i was looking specifically for nave blue ugg boots at the best price for my daughter for Christmas. I was happy to find them for a low price-i ordered them and waited. Thought it was odd that i did not receive a comfirmation by mail. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. Waited and waited-no boots but the money has been taken out of my account. I demand my money back. These are sick [people who belong in jail!!!
