Wife was looking at the web site for different grants since we both are disabled. Went to fill out info to order a cd but then deleted everything and hit the cancel button next thing you know we get a charge for 57.93 come out on Nov. 14th then again on Dec. 13th. Not being able to work due to medical issues and take care of us and our 3 children we need all the money we can save. This couldn't have came at a worst time.
