I ordered the free trial on 15th Nov. I was then so busy as my mother has just gone into hospital, and when received the trial just put it in a drawer.

Lo and behold, when I finally looked at my credit card I had been debited with two debits of £69.95 - one on 5th and another on 18th December. They said I should have returned it within 14 days to get my money back, and that unwittingly I had signed up for a monthly membership!!! I thought I was just signing up for a trial.

I rang Britensure who tell me they have cancelled my membership and will credit back the 2nd amount of £69.95 (I haven't even received the 2nd lot of products). We shall see if they do. Meanwhile they have said they are not bound to recredit the first £69.95 as I did not cancel/ return the product in 14 days. What a rip off!!!!
