My Mother was trying to help an elder friend find a product and somehow got to the BidRack website thru "Costco". She saw the "free signup" and filled in the required fields and put in her credit info. Then she was charged $99; she disputed the charge by phone within 10 min. and filed a dispute w/ her bank. The charge was credited on her credit card, but just showed up again. Upon contacting BidRack by phone, she's told the purchase is non-refundable, basically TOO BAD! Her account seems to be non-existent so her BidRack account is non-accessable. She can't get anyone to give her access to her "account" and so she can't even use her unknown "purchase points" nor get the $99 fee corrected. This is just a SCAM and they are abusing the elderly. Their website is purposely deceptive and built to take advantage of the basic user. We are not done with this matter. (Be carfull out there!!)
