Grey's Woodworks of Grahamsville,New York was contracted to build a new home and after receiving $134,000 abandoned the job on 1/18/10. I have ben left for over18 months with a catastrophic disaster on my beautiful and quite valuable one acre parcel of land in Orange County, New York. Grey's was notified of all the structural defects they created, including a foundation that has split in two from floor to ceiling and still refuses to abide by their warrantee or return our money. Grey's will not respond to our local consumers affairs and continues to build for unsuspecting customers. We are currently suing Grey's Woodworks for the return of our money and damages incurred. I am posting this notice in scambook so that no other unsuspecting victims are scammed and betrayed by this unlicensed contractor Grey's Woodworks false promises for a defective-free new home project backed by a deceitful and unenforcable warrantee.
