I went to this sight and was interested in how it works. So I seen that it was "FREE" registeration..I registered and at the end it wanted debit card info.I thought they needed it so IF I decided to bid they would have info..Well much to my surprise I was given a conformation # and so I went to my online bank and discovered bidrack.com had charged my account 60.00.I called and wasa informed that they can do nothing over phone that I had to converse through email..I am still sending emails and with no refund..First they tell me no refund but they gave me more bids..I didnt even try to bid..I asked for account to be closed and my money back..Kept getting same emails..Then I asked for a supervisor to call which one did and she said no refund but for my trouble they would switch me to the lowest package they have and could refund me 30.00..I said no..My children and I live off of my deceased husbands death benefits and that money is needed for them..Its their money not mine..Bidrack is a no good place to go..They should be ashamed for what they do..
