Tamara Burns.. Was not contracted to sell any of these condos. Two other realtors were contracted to sell for builder. Kate Carson. Jason Blankenship.Those tow realtors refused to sell my unit/ I took them to ethics board not realizing NAR protects the realtor.. agent. Not the consumer. Tamara saw that these two realtors were acting suspicious and did not like their immature behavior and bad behavior at that.So she felt bad that these two realtors.. not only refused to sell our condo.. They they also never disclosed the bad flooring installed in upper unit after we respectably asked no hardwood floors.Not only did Kate and Jason lie.They then made sure none of the other home owners knew of their non dis-closer. They told other home owners it was all in my head. I had ton's of witnesses. How ever the owner Gary Young wanted no one to know. So they did a fake HOA meeting and gave all the other home owners a wrong date. Tamara put my place on the market as she felt bad and i had given her a million dollar property (Personal Info Removed), with my then ex 3 times.. She ignored my continual warnings that all my belongings were in the last two bedrooms. Instead she took all of my things out and asked my ex Patrick Devaney if she could use my belongings to stage this huge home. I was out of state waiting for the truck to come with my belongings. Truck came with a couple of blankets. All my personal private even photo albums are now lost due to Tamara Burns.Never to be found again except if you go to my ex beach house.Then you will sit on my couch.. use my plates and even view all my paintings and art. You will fit on my patio furniture.breaking up is hard to do but when you have a realtor who is a bad realtor .. I wanted to sue her. but you just can not win with bad realtors.. Karma..
