Well if only I knew before I order. I order a pair if there so called real UGGS on Decemeber 15, then after the fact started to research the company and came across this website loaded with nothing good to say. HUH I got my boots on Monday and wow, they are not even suede, they are some sort of cheap material that looks like the couch material from the 70's. I emailed them for their return address, and I got back a message tell me that they are real UGGS and that it is not worth expense to send them back and not to contact my credit card company because the credit card company will be hurt and so will they.. what does that mean? Anyways I replied that no I want the return address and I will judge what cost to much and to return my money.. The company needs to be shut down, they should not even be allowed to be in business. I certainly learned my lesson not to order anything on line that looks like a good deal.

- Well, had the same happen to me.....so sad that we go on facebook, see an ad flash before us that looked good and have to deal with this issue for over a week. Olsboots.com selling Authentic UGG Boots. After several emails to this company, Is csm, and I mean several, I did manage to get an address, is it legitimate, who knows. I was told to send the boots back (my expense) and they would deduct $40 USD for their shipping costs. This was the address that they gave me YiDa, 13#202 Fengmei Residence, Old Fengmei City Moat, Putian, Licheng District, Fujian, China Zip Code: 351100 Cell Number +15892082005. It is going to cost me $17.00 CAN to ship these back. Can I trust this address to send them back? I am still weighing my options and am thinking of taking the loss. My suggestions, don't purchase online from sites off of facebook.....what a way to ruin the Christmas Holidays dealing with this so called company. Facebook if you are reading this, please please research your advertisement companies and make sure they are advertising the real thing. Thank you!
