I purchased a pair of Kate Spade New York didi size 8.5 shoes from Kelly-Mall.info on December 7th, 2011. I did not receive any confirmation for the order or shipment. I only received confirmation that paypal made a payment to [email protected]. After not hearing anything for a week, I sent a message to this e-mail address and got no response. I also got on the website page and sent a message under contact us. No response. I started to realize that I had been scammed. I started to research the website on the internet and I came across an alarmingly high rate of complaints. I even came across reports of this scam dating back to September on the Paypal's Website Community Forum. I am appalled that this many people have been affected in the same way and Paypal continues to allow payment to these criminals. I opened a dispute with paypal and they told me they gave the seller 10 days to respond. A couple days later Paypal notified me that the sender had proof of shipment and the dispute was closed. What the hell? I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING PAYPAL!!!! I was given a USPS tracking number that told me that something was shipped to the city that I lived in. I have proof by 20 plus co-workers that I was not home to receive this shipment. On top of that, I didn't even ship it to my house. I had it shipped to my workplace in a city 30 miles away. Shame on you Paypal! Since there was no way of re-opening the dispute, I had to call and speak to an agent about this claim. She gave me zero information and said she would reopen the dispute. I have been using paypal for over 20 years, at this point I would love to sue the company into bankruptcy. I have given up on my money and product I ordered. I will do whatever it takes to shut down a website that knowingly contributes to fraud and criminal activities. Why is Paypal still in existence? I have filed complaints with the FTC and ic3 w/ the FBI. I suggest everyone continue to put pressure on Paypal to admit to criminal activity. Someone out there help me. How can I make sure no one else gets ripped off by this Kelly-mall.info and Paypal?
