After several messages to DealFun. I would receive a reply back that didn't even answer my complaint...message deemed resolved!
I asked for the company tracking #, and the company used. The only number I would receive back was from my order. The only info it gave me was my name and address. No delivery information.
I checked the BBB website, and I missed the major information. They have 31 and counting complaints. There business Rating is a D-

Has anyone else tried to file a complaint with BuySafe. They are the company that carries the 3-1 gaurantee. I tried to register with them to file a complaint, and I still can't sign on to file that complaint. It's almost like they already know about DealFun. When I first checked BuySafe concerning DealFun. It showed as if DealFun was checked in December,2011.
Has anyone else filed a complaint with BuySafe or the Better Business Bureau? -
