I ordered what I thought was a live stream sports subscription from membersareatv.com. The charge was supposed to be $11.65. Well needless to say, the live stream was only stats and no live games. Within minutes, my bank was charged $34.95. I called membersaretv supposed customer service (joke) and they said I signed up for a 3 year subscription @ 11.65/yr. which I didn't. Well they sent me an email w/ a link to watch the games. Still no luck. I tried calling cgbilling, with no answer - on hold for 30 min. So, I emailed them and demanded a refund yesterday. Recieved an email back stating they would investigate and respond within 1 day. Havent heard anything back today, so I called my bank. They said the charge is still pending, and once it posts to my account, I can try to dispute. I feel so stupid for being taken in this scam, I'm usually very careful about ordering off internet. But I really wanted to watch the Saints Game!!! Something needs to be done about these crooks scamming people out of their money!! Do Not Do Buisness with these scum bags!!
