I ordered two pairs of boots off the above sites for a christmas present on the date shown above. The money cleared twod days later and have still had no contact from them to say what is happening with my order. i have vontacted them several times to which i have had no response. I am not quites sure where to go from here.

I ordered some UGG boots on the 7th December and have had the same problem. I can not find an e-mail on the website to contact? I paind $97.99!!

- I have now received one pair it came in a scabby box with no paperwork? i am still missing a pair!

- Are they not even in an UGG box?! Mine r a Christmas present for my poor mum who is still waiting?! R they genuine UGGS even?! Someone is e-mailing me an I have a tracking number. They r comin from Kuala lumper!!! I don't no if I should buy another pair from a decent website?! Thank u for letting me no u received something.
