Applied for the Flex Card Program on 11/9/11 and was approved for $1,000 however was told that if I completed 2 other offers (Bank Freedom & Free Score 360) that my $69.00 deposit would be waived. So I completed the other companies offers and already received their products but the Flex Card Program's webiste was still asking me to enter my bank information for the $69.00 deposit.
When I contacted them by phone, they told me that I was approved and they saw that I completed the other offers so my card was supposed to be on it's way to me. It is now Dec. 19th and after several phone calls where I actually did get to speak to people, and several emails from them - I finally find out today that this is indeed a scam.
I feel so bad for the others that they lost their deposit amounts. Although I didn't pay a deposit for this scamming program, they do have all of my personal information. My name, my address, my phone numbers, my social security number. Everything! So my worries are now, what is going to happen to all of that information?
Am I to just sit back and wait to be scammed by whomever this company decides to give my information to?

- I suggest that everyone files a complaint with the FBI and the BBB. Takes 5 minutes on the FBI website (under internet fraud)
