i bid on a cellphone and won...when it came time to pay,i paid the $8.00 winning bid and then i had to buy bids,which i did..this cost $15...i filled out the rest of the form for delivery and was then told i had to pay a membership fee of $119.00...when i queried this,i was told that i should of read the terms and conditions because it clearly states what i have to pay...when i told the complaints person there was no mention of paying membership fees until after i had won and paid for the phone,i was told if i wanted to cancel the transaction,i would have to pay $54 cancellation fee and i wouldnt get a refund.now approx 6-8 wks later i have them trying to access my bank acc and tried to take $119 which i have told my bank not to authorise but they say they cannot stop them until after the trans

is this any way to treat potential and actual customers?NO
do i want to do something about this? YES

can u please advise me what,if anything,i can do about getting either my product or my money back!!!
