This medical school, University of Medicine and Health Sciences, in Saint Kitts, is a scam when they offer bait and switch scholarship. Indian-givers!

I was initially offered a $500 scholarship and under the advice of Mrs. Walker, I had requested for a review to obtain a $1000 scholarship but that did not end well. Anyway no matter what the deal is with the scholarship that was rescinded, I was not truly bothered by that. I had also sent a completed Visa Packet which was verified and received by Mrs. Walker and Mr. Kramer in an e-mail. But that was not apparently received by Dr. Wagner during the first day of orientation for Fall 2011.

I immediately booked a flight back to Chicago to take care of the Visa Application checklist by obtain an up-to-date police letter of clearance, photo, notarized copy of the US Naturalization Certificate, blood titers for the immunizations VDRL/RPR, TB, MMR, Hepatitis, etcetera. Neglecting the additional financial costs to that, I continued to return to school to register on September 8, 2011 because American Airlines did not have any flights within the week before September 8, 2011, the earliest available flight back to St. Kitts, UMHS.

It looks like a bad omen from the beginning. It got worse on Sunday, September 11, 2011 because I could not go to the UMHS Library in St. Kitts on Saturday, September 10, 2011 because of the tropical storm, Maria, causing the UMHS school to close. I had called Howard Binghi 6 AM on Sunday morning, September 11, 2011 to no avail. Then I called again at 11 AM later that day, and Howard answered, and replied that he will pick me up at 12 noon. I waited from 11: 45 AM until 12: 52 PM, in the rain, over an hour, and within that time, I had called over a dozen times to try to get Howard to pick me up from Verchild to go to school. I could caught pneumonia waiting in the rain like that.

Anyway I have a $1000 USD Housing Deposit that Caroline says she would refund back to me when she returns to St. Kitts from England. Since I am withdrawing after only 1 lecture session on Friday, September 9, 2011, I should be entitled to a full refund of my tuition and fees including my Housing Deposit because I never signed a contract nor held an apartment with Liburd.

My other awful experiences and grievances include Binghi transportation never brought me to grocery shopping upon arrival for the first time at the SKB airport, not taking me to get my books at St. Kitts customs since they did give me the paperwork to go find it myself, St. Kitts customs misplacing my Davenport books, Airport customs stealing my box of mangos $12 USD worth, and abusive living arrangement with my cousin's help.
