I too have unfortunately been scammed by these theives. I came across them one night thro a link and thought it might be fun. So i opened an account and put money on and started bidding, i eventually won a card for a sports shop so i paid for the thing and a week later i got an email saying that the product i won they no longer have. So they will put the money back in my account. I told them i didnt want the money going into my ziinga account i wanted the money back, plus they owed me all the bids i used to win that product in the first place. i never got a reply, when i did get one after contacting them on the phone they said there purchasing department would be in contact with me. By that time they said it was after 30 days so i was not intitled to a refund, even tho i complained well before the 30 days. Then i noticed they charged me a £30, i phoned again and asked what this was for. They said membership fee, never heard of a auction site charging membership fees before. So i told them i didnt want to be a memeber, so they were going to charge me a cancellation fee. I gave them a piece of my mind. I saw that i had been charged again so i took that to be the cancellation fee. Then this month again i saw they charged me £30. I contacted them again and they said that they never recieved an email that i was cancelling my membership. i told them i did it on the phone with one of their colleagues and they said it had been done. This idiot said the only way you can cancel is thro email. So they refused to give me my money back and still havent given me my money for the product that i won that they never had. I truely believe that everything that people bid for they dont actually have when you have won it. Its a complete scam. There are still credits in my account that i will never use as i would never send this idiots another penny. I dont ever expect to get a single penny back fromt these morans but i want to stop other people getting scammed as well. So lets get this idiots shut down!!! i noticed they are registered in the virgin islands where all the oter scammers of the world hang out on a PO box!!!
