I, too, innocently got scammed by this "company" for $99.00, simply by opening the e-mail and wanting to see what this company was all about.

Within SECONDS of just clicking "NEXT", a “THANK YOU for purchasing the $99.00 package”....THEN IT WAS GONE!

It didn't take but another few seconds before I KNEW...I HAD BEEN SCAMMED!

Immediately I called USAA, and reported it. I was advised from my husband to cancel that debit card; ordered another one with different numbers. The Bank informed me they could do NOTHING other than tell me to wait until the charge appears on my account and then I could file a "Dispute". That guarantees NADA.

So, I Googled Z-Biddy and found many web-sites under SCAMMING. Upon reading hundreds of upset victim’s comments, I REALLY felt the need to NOT ignore this and advise people about their thievery.

Three days later, I checked my statement online and got Z-Biddy's phone number from the info on the statement regarding the $99.00 charge. You won’t find that number from their website. I called and calmly explained that I wanted them to return that unwanted charge back to my bank account. The fella went thru “the spiel” about offering another type of purchase, or FREE etc.

I firmly replied, "NO, I am NOT interested in anything they had to offer and that I was offended by their "robbery" to, only God knows how many thousands of unsuspecting people. He apologized and assured me they would be happy to refund the money.

I honestly didn’t trust this to be true, after reading all the comments by hundreds of others who NEVER got the refund. I let him know I found their company listed under scamming and told them I would pray that God would bless him with an honest way to make a living..

He advised me to NOT call my bank, for it would cause more confusion and delay in the refund.

Lo and behold...5 days later, it was back in my account!

Sooooo, this is how I got the refund and I pray it works for you, as well!

Merry Christmas and may you never be robbed or swindled!
