I came across a free offer of a product to try. I had to enter my debit card details for postage. The they attempted to take money from my account but the Bank of Scotland blocked this. As I was away on holiday, I did not receive knowledge of this until 10 October. I contacted them and they said they would refund the money provided I posted the "free" sample back to them. I did this and received an email telling me that I would be receiving a refund in due course.
In the meantime they had managed to take another months subscription. I have received another email confirming that my money would be refunded in due course. Despite further emails to them I have not received anything from them. The Bank of Scotland tells me that this is not the only case they have heard of.
I spoke to someone at the Health Store called Shaun Black on 0207-979-2667 and he assured me that my money would be refunded.
