Placed an order with said company on the said date and still no sign of my order. I ordered a pair of Uggs for a Christmas gift. I emailed the companies 3rd part complaints service and they got back to me saying they would contact the company and would deal with the company until i was happy with the outcome. So emails have went back an forth, not really being to helpful. I emailed the storesonline and they said my order had been dispatched and i was to wait on my tracking number. Well I never received a tracking number. I then emailed the complaints company again and they replied with a tracking number and a link to a website to check the progress of shipping. I entered the tracking number and there was no info. I put my tracking number in to Google and it registered as a Royal Mail tracking number for a parcel that was delivered to someone on 5th December, in England, I live in Scotland.

In total I have received near 15 emails from stores online and the complaints company and i am still no further forward.
