I ordered 3 tickets as a gift for family to see the play WICKED at the Gammage Theatre in Tempe Arizona Feb. 15th, 2012. The seats I chose were Grand Tier seating, labeled as zone C-D on ticketnetwork.com's website diagram.

When my tickets arrived today, a neighbor pointed out my tickets were for Balcony C-D seating instead. We contacted the Gammage
Theatre directly to verify the seats and told the tickets were for Balcony which is zone D, not in the Grand Tier at all. Gammage Theatre say their is no zone C-D in the Grand Tier as is depicted on ticketnetwork.com's website.

This is false advertising on the part of ticketnetwork.com who's customer service reps could only give me an excuse their site's diagram for the Gammage Theatre must be out of date.

Instead of agreeing to a suggestion of either an exchange of tickets for the intended Grand Tier as paid for or a refund, the said they could offer nothing aside from that I try to re sell the current tickets myself.

This is false advertising!
