I ordered to pairs of Ugg boots from this company. They confirmed with me that I would have them before Christmas. I ordered them on Decmber 7, 2011 and I was charged on my credit card on the 8th. I have had tried to communicate with them in regards to getting a tracking number or confirmation that they were shipped. They are not replying to my messages.
