I am in the same position as everyone i lost 69.00 as well as others. I had hopes to get my card for Christmas shopping I received the email that due to high demand the cards will get here Dec 1-dec 6 and never got here. I emailed them 3 times and a week later they respond saying that the card is in transit. I had received an email for a so called refund application i wasn't sure to fill it out so i wrote them again. When i tried again for the so called refund application the link didn't work and it took me straight to their main page. And their customer service number of course is not working due to maintenance? And the email they sent me if i want a refund email or call the number on the back of the card but what card? And their email doesn't seem to work either. SCAM SCAM SCAm
