my mother noticed a charge of $14.95 on her debit card. I called the 888 # and spoke w/a representative. Told her to cancel the account and credit the charge to her debit card. She said she could cancel the account but "unfortunately" could not cancel the charge. I said fine, but fyi I will be calling the attorney general's office when I hung up. She said she would credit the $14.95. I'll check in 3 or 4 days to see if it happens.
