I was researching grants for my friends small business.
I noticed the grant add on Facebook. (They should be help partially responsible) I clicked on the link and payed the 2.97 USD for the kit that never came.
I was then charged 57.61 USD the next day, but I only noticed this 01/12/2011. I complained to my bank, but by the time I got a response I was already charged a third time.
They try to cover themselves legally, but anyway you cut it they're stealing money from people.
