Checked w/ bank and was given the # to call, talked to "Phillipa" woman named "Ann" very heavy accent, told me only partial $0.00 could be authorized for return, told her I WANT IT ALL RETURNED, she said to call Grants at refund .gmail. used Yahoo to locate site through the tele # found it to be in New Zealand She told me they were in Los Angeles Calif. on Madera Ave in zipcode 90039 would not give me the address
