I got online to check my bank account and found that I was charged $4.97 from the Bratt Company LLC. I googled the name because it wasnt something that I authorized. What I found was several other people complaining for the same reason. I could not find an actual company with this name. Only other people with the same problem. I also found an alert on the Better Business Bureau website. I had to close my bank account and hotcard my debit cards but couldn't stop the $4.97 from coming out of my account because they had all my information so it was "legal" for them to take out the money. My only recourse is to file a complaint through the bank to try to get my money back AFTER it is taken out. Merry Christmas, huh!?!
