I answered thier special online add for only the cost of shipping of $4.95 they would send product. No other mention of any additional costs. Then on 12/7/11 they hit my credit card with a charge of $109.42 with no notice and thier charge doesn't have a phone number to contact them to complain and reverse the charges.

- 1-877-381-6103 is the customer service number. good luck. i even reported this to my bank and they are either lazy or just dont care because all elite had to do was mail them a paper saying I agreed to it and that was the end of it...such BS
