I won some bids and never received the items. I received an e-mail with a tracking number but when I tried to track the number it said code failed. I called them and they assured me it was being shipped and I would have them in a week. I still did not receive my items. Called again and they said they would escalate my order to find out what happened and give me a call back. I never received a call. Called a third time and this person was kind and said they would issue a refund in 7-10 days. I really just wanted my items I won. They were going to be for x-mas and now I have to go shopping again. Not happy and I hope I get my money.
