I had been in contact with SKY Broadcasting , after which I was asked to complete a survey of 4 questions and I would be given a free gift. I answered the questions and submitted them. it was then the gift offer came up which was Anti Rides Serum, all I had to pay was 99p P&P. I received the Serum but noticed they had charged me £ 5.95 for P & P when I looked at my bank statement instead of the 99pence. Today I have just looked at my bank statement and yesterday they took the £79.95. This money was taken out without my permission and is therfor Fraud I want this money refunded in full and I will be informing my bank as well. Victoria Thorpe
