I have just had a similar situation. Free trial for £5.95 which I took on 28.11.11. to find out yesterday I have had £74.95 taken from my account. My bank is not being very helpful stating that it is an open debit and they will continue to deduct this every month! I cannot find the company website/email to cancel it and refuse their permission to debit my account. Can someone help please!!
