our story sounds similar to all the others we have now read. we ordered an item and the one that arrived was not even close to what we ordered, it is also a fake, and is damaged.
does anyone have an address for SHANGHAI YU ZHI LI TRADING CO. LTD?
our credit card company suggests that if we can prove that we have shipped it back to the company they will investigate the fraud and credit our visa.
has anyone had any success getting their funds returned?
