I received a phone call with a convincing man who promised that this wasn't an online shopping card. I then gave my information after I repeatedly asked if I could get an email or website information so that I can check this out. Unfortunately, I gave my info before my computer was quick enough to load. By the time I got onto their website and learned this was not what I was promised, they would not answer any of my calls and the operator kept repeating that all agents were busy. I can NOT seem to get connected with the email they have provided on the site to cancel! I've been calling for 6 hours now and still can't get through. I already called my bank, but I don't want to close and reopen my account and would like to solve this problem with them without all the frustrations but they will not allow me to. WHERE ARE THESE PEOPLE???? Is anyone having problems connecting to their contact or support email that they provided? How can these people get away with this? I just can't believe that they are ok with doing this to people.
