I was contacted via indeed.com, a website where I had posted my resume. I was contacted by a lady named, Jean Given by email. She had told me that the job would be for an accounting. over the next couple days she told me i was going to be doing training sessions and i received checks in the mail that i was told to send to the vendors to get my computer and office equipment. A couple days later i find the checks weren't good and my bf help me look up everything we could about her, the company and were the checks came from and of course it was a scam.

- I also just encountered this same experience with the same person. I really thought the job was legit because I actually submitted my resume for it, they took some time to respond, and I actually had to answer interview questions. When I never got a call from a representative like she said and my first "task" was to write an article and that was it I started thinking about people that get paid to write articles online and decided to see if it was a scam. When I Googled World Data Desk Inc. before, I did find some websites that looked like they may be for a financial company, so I thought they were real. This time I Googled it and added scam and found your post. Glad I didn't invest any more time or lose any money. JEAN GIVEN IS A PHONY!!!
