I was unemployed and desperate for a loan to get caught up on bills and not lose my car. I applied online.. never got an answer as to wether I was approved or not. Then on Dec. 2, 2011 I happen to be on my bank's website and noticed I was overdrawn on an account that had less than $1 balance in it because it is a special use account. When I looked at the transactions I noticed there was a "force check paid" for $30 from Lendnet 101. I went ballistic. Contacted the bank... called the number the bank gave me. got a NON ENGLISH speaking person... after raising the roof-- was told they would refund the $30 "application fee" in three to seven business days. They claimed the fee was in the terms and conditions. If it is--it is buried in mouse print and not easily seen. It has now been over a week and still no refund. I did get a confirmation number and confirmation email but the email is one of those "donotreply".. I am TOTALLY TICKED OFF!
