Saw commercial for Grout Bully...went on website and ordered. Once ordered, it said it could take up to 6 weeks for it to arrive and I would be charged when it ships. It is now December 11 and I still have not received it and have not been charged for it (thank goodness) which means that it still has not shipped.

- I had the same thing happen and just got mine last week. They don't charge your credit card until it ships and they said they got swamped with orders in the fall and finally got through the backlog. There is a phone number on the website - call and they'll let you know the status of your order.
