I actually have been on and off this site in the last few weeks, supposedly items I had won, which were small like electronic cigarettes for example or bear. I have never received anything I have ordered.
I was bidding on items and the countdow would stay at number one for ten seconds, and you are the winner, next thing it seems to reboot itself and there is no way to actually win it from my experience. This happened several times..
