same thing happened to me 2 months in a row $49.95 was charged to checking actt..... no idea how they hacked into my info -- i called them & they played dumb like they had no idea what i was talking about but at the same time said they would refund those charges.... this is a huuuuuge (Inappropriate Content Removed) scam goin on 4 sure

- FYI: They (CRCIncHelps.com) outsource their customer service. So the people you talk to on the phone don't work for CRC - they handle customer service for many different companies. This is why they don't know anything about how your account information was acquired when you call, but are able to reverse or refund the charges. I dealt with CRC as well, and another, similar scamming company supposedly selling beauty products. Same thing - outsourced customer service, no information, but they cancelled the "account" the scammers set up and issued a refund.
