I received a an official looking document from the Data Release Division claiming I have "100% access" to $1.4 million dollars. As soon as I read I need to send the $19.99, I knew it was a scam and Googled it to verify. The only reason I am posting this, is because if you read on the back of the first document in the letter, it explicitly says "YOU HAVE NOT WON ANY MONEY OR PRIZE". Read the fine print people.
