Complaint 45888 Details

I went on the Flex Card Program website and applied for an unsecured credit card and got approved for $1000 limit. I have sent them several emails asking when my card will get here and they sent the first email back saying my credit limit was $1000 but the next two emails I sent were replied back with them saying they are doing an update on there web site and everybody who applied for the card between 10/24/2011 through 11/15/2011 that the cards were in the mail. But the phone number provided in the emails they sent me is not a working number and won't go through. If there is anybody out there who can get my money back for the original payment that was either $59 or $39 and they said once the card was sent out that they would refund the initial payment. But the email they sent me that had a link on it that said click here to get your deposit back from Flex Card, but when I clicked on the link it took me to a cash advance website. There is something fishy going on with this company and I think I should get my original sign up fee and the $1000 credit limit that they promised me, even if they have to pay me that in cash or deposit to my bank whichever would be the most efficient way to get what I was promised. Please somebody help me get my money!!
