My checking account was charged an unauthorized $30.00, supposedly for a fee they charge for membership. I called the company and was told that in the terms and conditions, it states that this charge would allow me "membership" in their payday lending program. What they did was to send me to a number of other payday lenders. What I said to the first rep was that I had not signed up for any services. The woman, whom I could barely understand, said that the most she could do was to cancel my membership. I told her that I wanted a refund of the $30.00 they had charged me. Finally, I asked to speak to a supervisor, again, whom I could barely understand. She was very rude and basically said that I would not get a refund. I told her I would escalate the complaint. She said that it was already escalated and then hung up on me. Their phone is 888-475-9335. I want my $30.00 refunded, but don't know where to go from here. I hope you can help.

Update: 12/09/2011

The only proof I have is my bank statement. I have never received any notifications from them.

  • "Lender Network" is the culprit. 12/09/11 Learned from my banker $30.00 was removed 12/06/11 from my account, without authorization, or even confirmation of any "charge". I DO NOT know how they got into my company checking account. Bank had their phone and my conversation was with person in India. Spoke for long time and a lady claimed they will "post" the $30 to my account. This outfit is in Henderson, Nevada. Never Trust anyone in Nevada. We'll see.

  • your best bet would be the credit card customer service. Call and complain that it is fraudulent and u did not approve. They will connect u to the other party and u tell them u did not approve. Either CC will pay u or the guilty will pay u on the spot. Either way u get ur money back. Most of the CC offer zero liability to customers on fradulent transactions

  • $30 was taken out of my account in Nov. 2011. Called and complained about it and was told that a refund would be given. Even got an email saying that it would on Dec. 12, 2011. Still have not received my money and have called 4 times. Tried to call today and both numbers have been disconnected. If anyone has a number please let me know. Thanks
