I applied for a short term loan and when checking my checking account I say a pending charge for $30.00 that I did not authorize, it had a phone # listed as 888-507-1740. I called that number and a person answered identifying herself as Agent 74 with a name of Fherina Purmer. I explained about the pending charges and she informed me that my account would be closed and the $30.00 would be refunded immediately. To this date it has not happened and when I attempt to call the number again I am put on hold or if someone answers they immediately disconnect the call. This needs to be investigated by someone.
